We would like to let you know that we will be holding the XIII International Youth Movie Festival this year - ,,Tbilisi Sunrise” (,,Tbilisuri Aysi”). This festival brings young filmmakers from around the world together, appreciating their work. We hope that you have children and young filmmakers under the age of 19 in your country who love movies and making them. We are inviting you to our festival which will be held this year, from 16-20 October in Tbilisi, in The National Youth Palace, the center of the capital. Arrival is on 15th of October, Tuesday and the departure is on 21st of October, Monday.
We hope you manage to attend our festival personally as well - It would be desirable that each delegation consists of 3 members. We are responsible for the hotel-fees, excursion finances and catering.
You can send as many movies as you like. Duration of them must be up to 10 minutes, any genre. The works can be sent by mail or email to this particular address –
